All service engagements are subject to a separate written agreement or proposal agreed between Milay Studio and the client. These Terms do not override or replace any signed client agreement. Services offered include but are not limited to: Interior Design, Interior Styling, Home Staging, Stage Property Rental and Sales, Event Styling, Set Design, Custom Props, and Creative Production.

4. Intellectual Property

All design concepts, drawings, renders, mood boards, specifications, and creative work produced by Milay Studio remain the intellectual property of Milay Studio unless otherwise agreed in writing. Portfolio use rights are retained by Milay Studio for completed projects.

5. Limitation of Liability

Milay Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the fees paid by the client for the relevant service engagement.

6. Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites. Links do not constitute an endorsement.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Marbella, Málaga, Spain.
